Salaray: £50k with OTE of up to £70k (negotiable, dependent on experience) and potential to earn share options.
Description: An opportunity to join a fast-growing security guarding company, with offices based internationally. Clients include the MoD, blue-chip companies, and property firms. The company is seeking a Director of Business Development and Client Relations to help it expand its existing client base and continue rapid growth.
You must have a minimum of 5 years experience with knowledge of the security industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in formulating PQQs and tenders and following OJEU processes. You will be competent in Salesforce.
We are looking for a high-calibre candidate who, as well as having operational experience within the security industry, has a natural ability to work with clients and colleagues at all levels of the business. This position will ideally suit someone seeking a clearly defined career path. All candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
