BSS launches Toolbox Talks
BSS has developed a new training system that ensures continuous routine training, which is monitored monthly to ensure employees’ understanding.
Toolbox Talks is a series of modules that includes topics such as Slips, Trips and Falls, Lone working and Incident Reporting. Our Officers are given information on each topic and their understanding is assessed at monthly site audits.
This is another step the company has taken to ensure our standards never slip.
